Who we are

Overpass Aerials is a veteran-owned drone and FPV video business based in Menifee, California. Our website is overpassaerials.com. If you have any questions about this policy, email hello@overpassaerials.com.

The short version

• We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your information.
• If you send us a quote request, we use what you send only to reply and to work on your project.
• Our analytics are cookie-free and don’t identify you.

Information you send us

When you use the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, project type, location, budget and project details. The form is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.

We use this information only to respond to you, prepare quotes and carry out work you ask us to do. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam out, the quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. It doesn’t use cookies for advertising or track you across sites.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage, and it doesn’t create a profile of you.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Embedded videos

Some pages show YouTube videos. We display a preview image hosted on this site, and the YouTube player only loads after you click play. It loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you play a video, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to social media profiles and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and project correspondence for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our business and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@overpassaerials.com. California residents have these rights under California privacy law, and we extend them to everyone.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
